Might be a bit early, but would appreciate your opinion on this property, it seems like Riu Palace to me...

Ended up booking direct with a hotel which we can cancel without charge. Plans are still up in the air at this point so did not feel comfortable locking something in.

Will post a new thread if we end up making a booking through HOTWIRE (and your link).
