We were already staying at the Marriott Vacation Club in Ko Olina, and I saw a Priceline.Express Deal 4 1/2* in the area for $219. Looking here on BetterBidding.com I knew it was the JW Marriott. I figured I could probably get it for a few dollars less than the Express Deal so I started bidding at $155 and added free re-bid zones until I got to $205 and it was accepted (used the PRICELINE link here). The best rate we could find online was $419, so we saved quite a bit. When we checked in they even gave us an Ocean View Room. Awesome location and posh hotel... it was a nice treat. Link to comment
