Thought I'd try my luck at Cebu, Phillipines and ended up with the Moevenpick Mactan Island Resort & Spa.

 

From the listed amenities and comparing with TA, the Moevenpick was the likely hotel so I gave it a go.

 

Not much information about Cebu, PH so at least this win adds one hotel to the list :)
