Good morning all!

This is my first time posting on this site but I have used it as a reference in the past and have always found it useful and helpful. Thank you to everyone who contributes and helps all of us rookies out. I apologize in advance if I have posted incorrectly in any way!

I will make sure to use your links when I look to move on a hotel and thanks in advance for any help you can offer me.

I am looking to grab a hotel for my brother's bach party from March 13-16. We only need one room and are hoping to stay on the strip in the the 3-4 star range (TI, Mirage, Flamingo, NYNY, Luxor, etc.) I am not to concerned about which hotel we get, just want to get a good deal and make sure it would be a good time. We want to make sure we have a pool, casino and are on the strip. There are a few Express deals on Priceline right now that I could use some help identifying.

Sorry we missed your post the first time around...

This is my first time posting on this site but I have used it as a reference in the past and have always found it useful and helpful. Thank you to everyone who contributes and helps all of us rookies out.

It would be appreciated if you started to share your wins with the board, so that others can benefit from the information, just as you have benefited from those who have posted before you.

I'll preface my guesses below with the comment that many Las Vegas hotels on PRICELINE EXPRESS look alike, as the amenities are not very descriptive of the property, as evidenced by the fact that all properties above show the same amenity set.

4 Star-Strip Vic South 7.0 rating $114

--> the Monte Carlo has been seen with this amenity set, but as per my comments above, i wouldn't be totally surprised if it were something different

3.5 Star strip Vic South 7.0 Rating $87

--> Luxor

4 Star Strip North 7.0 Rating $118

--> i'm not seeing this property offered on my own PRICELINE EXPRESS search at the moment, the 4* hotel i'm seeing in this zone is priced at $142/nite

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.

Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.

Thanks for the information.

I will make sure to share what I end up getting with the board.

I have never actually used the bidding process before but maybe I will try it this time..... If I were to go for a 4 star on the strip would you suggest starting a bid at around $80? Having scanned over the Express deals it looks to me like that might be a fair place to start and that I would be happy with any of the 4 star hotels.

Please first decide if you want to bid on PRICELINE for a hotel this trip or go with one of the PRICELINE EXPRESS offers... if you'd like to try bidding, let us know which zone(s) are acceptable and your maximum bid, and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow.
