Are you still seeing these on your own HOTWIRE search? (your dates are correct, a 10 nite stay from April 8-18)? Have you also checked coventionally booking channels to see if these rates are competitive for the star rating and zone indicated? My guess for the 3* property would be the Hotel Royal... for the 3.5* my guess would be the Days Hotel Singapore At Zhongshan Park. Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
