Hi all,

Going to Chicago for a mancation with my brother. Going to see a couple of Blackhawks games and a Cubs game. What location is best for saving a buck on cabs and easiest for public transportation? North Michigan Ave. River north or millennium park, loop and Grant park?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to Betterbidding. :)

If you are staying out at night and want an area that is convenient to restaurants and nightlife, I would recommend staying North of the River and, in particular, you can focus on the restaurant-heavy lower half of the area by looking at Hot.wire's Mag Mile-River North area.

What are your date/s of travel and desired budget per night/star rating for this stay?

You will need a cab for the Blackhawks game and the subway for the Cubs game, but otherwise, downtown is quite walkable.
