Welcome to Betterbidding. :)

Please click "USD$" in the upper corner of Hot.wire and change the currency, then let us know what the price per night is in USD$. Thanks.

Additionally,

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?

Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

The above is the 4.5* property?

If so, my best guess would be the The Fairfax at Embassy Row.

For the future, please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase stay on the US version of their site and simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.

Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.

Yes, it is the 4'5 stars. Is this a good price? The Thing i am scared about is that when I choose, the Dupont The area also contains national zoo. I only want a hotel next to the metro Dupont/in the Dupont area. Do you know if the above mentioned hotel can also be one in the zoo area? I hope not. Thanks again.

I mean 4,5 star on HOTWIRE, 4 stars tripadvisor and it gets 5 points for location. The rest is 4,5 points. Customers reviews 95% recommended

The other hotel I see is 140 USD per night, Amendities:

FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Internet access, Spa Services, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower

4 stars at HOTWIRE, 4,5 at tripadvisor. I see that people give 4,5 points for location.

I mentioned it above. Both hotels are at Dupont circle.

Witch of the options (see messages above) do you recommend?

To keep posts best organized please include the zone, star rating, and room rate per nite within each post.

The HOTWIRE hotel you receive can be anywhere within the shaded boundaries of the zone (but if the hotel is showing a 5.0/5.0 for 'location' i would assume that it would be well located near a metro stop)

My best guess for the 4* hotel would be the Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Based upon your needs, the 4.5* property with the 5.0 for location (guessed to be the Fairfax), would be the better choice due ot the location, imo.

Congratulations on your success!

Glad to see you receive the hotel you were hoping for and are pleased with the results. This property should work out quite convenient for your plans as it is located very close to the metro station.

Thank you for sharing your win with the board and helping us add this new amenity set for this property to the Hotwire Hotel List.
