I do not think this is Westgate Leisure Resorts as they do not offer free parking, internet, breakfast.

Thank you.  The hotel is only showing a 2 bedroom available during these days at $202 night.  Would this affect things here with availability?

Just an update.  I ended up booking the Rosen Centre Hotel direct at a fabulous $89.00/night rate for the nights of 2/27 and 2/28.  I'm on waitlist for the night of the 2/26 otherwise it's the Red Roof Inn next door (again, direct).
