jpayne Posted February 19, 2014 Report Posted February 19, 2014 Under the PRICELINE EXPRESS this hotel showed Guaranteed Amenities as:Free Breakfast, Free Internet in room, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Free Parking, Business Center, Casino, Fitness Center.I searched the web for casino/hotels in the area and could not find one. Since I was not familiar with the area I went ahead and went through the process to see which hotel it was, only to find out it is the Super 8?!? I called the hotel to see if they were on the same property as a casino and was told no, Texas isn't allowed to have casinos but there is one across the border in Oklahoma about 20 miles away!?! Needless to say I called Priceline customer service, they also checked with the hotel and they tried telling me there was a casino about 15-20 minutes away, like that is ok. Not. I told them that is NOT a Guaranteed Amenity and they would be refunding the money. They offered me a 20% off this stay or cancel......canceled!! Very misleading!!
