Are both of these properties 4* rated by PRICELINE and in the Condado zone, as i'm not seeing either when searching for your dates.

To confirm, the first property is showing when searching for 2adults/0children and the seond when searching for 2adults/2children? What is the rate of the second property?

I can't get the same hotel to appear on my search for 2 adults + 2 children in the Condado zone . How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.
