This may be a longshot since a lot of properties might offer the same amenities for 3* category Airport Hotel. But maybe the Free Parking might give a bit more hint.

A PRICELINE EXPRESS property has not yet been reported to the board with this amenity set, and while Free Parking is a nice perk, there are (surprisingly) multiple properties in this zone at the 3* level that offer free parking... Cambria Suites, Hyatt House, Best Western Miami Airprot, Regency Hotel Miami, and the Holiday Inn Miami Airport, just to name a few.

Will you have a car and/or need parking? I ask because we don't see too many guests stay in this zone for more than one nite... do you have plans in this zone that make this a convenient choice OR trying to stay within a certain budget?

Thanks for your reply! Well the main reason for the free parking is because we are getting car rental and since the dates are layover days as we continuing our journey to Aruba. It is not important for the hotel to be a all fancy, just good for what you are paying. Once we are back we are planning to "pamper" ourselves during the other 10 days that we will be in Florida.

What is interesting is that based on my last year experience with the Express Deals: The 2,5* Hialeah Miami Airport hotel was both times Ramada Inn Hialeah Airport North. While a good property for the rate you are getting. It never showed the amenity of Free Parking. However parking was actually free!

I do not mind booking this deal again, but curious to experience other airport hotels around Miami Airport. (that's the beauty of Priceline)

So far no success on NYO 3* lower than $70. And since I get can get the Ramada for $51p/n (through express deal). It is no brainer to either book the Ramada or check the other hotel for $70p/n with free parking. Most regular rate 3* Airport hotel goes for $100 and up!

I'll let you know what I decided to do!
