Please help me identify 4*, $186, Empire State Bldg., dates 8/15/14-8/20/14 for 2 adults/2kids. Searched through the HOTWIRE link.

My best guess for this one would be a new amenity set for the Kitano.

I'd like to note that i'm seeing a different property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates, 2adults/2children, that is not 4.5/5.0 rated by TA... the property i'm seeing is 3.5/5.0 rated and has more amenities then what you have posted above. However, i believe it may be the same that you're seeing as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?
