I don't have a guess for the 4.5* property, but my best guess for the 5* property would be the Conrad Centennial Singapore.

I thought I'd let you know I booked on Hotwire a 4.5* (Orchard) Singapore and got the Orchard Hotel. I had been hoping for Royal Plaza on Scotts but that's the luck of the draw.

 

The price wasn't too bad, although not as good a deal as Hotwire often has - only saved $200 on two rooms for three nights as booking direct with the Orchard Hotel.
