I based my first bid at 60% of their rate for the Marriott.Started bidding at $66, rejected. Priceline said if I bid $17 more I could bid right away without changing anything. byeloe Posted November 1, 2005 Report Posted November 1, 2005 For future reference Priceline almost always accepts less than their counter offer.I see that there were not any free rebid zones, so you would have needed to wait 72hrs to try and undercut the counter offer
