I'm not certain, but my guess is that it may be the Lexington New York City upgraded to the 4* level... with only 7 reviews from previous HOTWIRE guests, my guess is that it may be a new hotel recently added to their system OR a hotel recently ugpraded/downgraded by HOTWIRE (they sometimes will reset the review after an upgrade/downgrade)

We decided to book using the Hot.wire Vacation Packages - worked out cheaper for us.
