das_ubersoldat Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 Often if you want to check the status of a reservation on the hotel's website you need to enter the confirmation number and the email address that was used for the booking. The confirmation number can be found in PL's email but where do I find the required email address?
thereuare Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 You're not supposed to be able to see your reservation in the system, and although unintentional there were some hotel chains where it is/was possible, many/most have made it no longer possible. As far as i know, PRICELINE does not use an email address when they transmit your purchase to the hotel, and if the system requires an email address to view the reservation you won't be able to view it online.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
