I am not too picky but ideally a 3* in either Santa Barbara or Goleta zones. I haven't seen any successful bids in this town and frankly I don't know where to start.Ideal price range $70-120.Thanks in advance!

I heard that priceline is not the best option for Santa Barbara, can anyone make other suggestions to get the best deal in this area?Alternatively perhaps someone could suggest a bidding strategy. Because there's no list, I don't even know what I'm bidding on.
chen Posted November 15, 2005 Author Report Posted November 15, 2005 I ended up calling the El Prado Inn based on a local tip and got it for $90 plus tax, which is better than you can get anywhere online. It's also supposed to be in a great location. By the way, BUMP if you can suggest a better deal (as my rezzie is not final).
