Priceline Hotel: 5* Singapore - no luck!

Made a bunch of bids over the last two days with no luck.

Had seen 5* wins around $171 recently, but could get nothing of the kind.

Bid for 5* hotels in City Hall, Bugis, and Orchard, by using 8 rebid zones each, which allowed me to make 27 bids per night.

Started all bids around $140, went up $10 per rebid.

Got up to $210 in City Hall, $200 in Bugis (then up to $241 in Bugis the following day), and $229 in Orchard Road.

Also bid on 4* hotels in a few areas and got up to $171.

Finally gave up and bought an Expedia special rate on the 4.5* Swissotel for $202.

Priceline didn't work this time, oh well.

Can you please post the dates for your stay if any other member is bidding for the same or simular dates.
