When booking on HOTWIRE, it says "The Last Peron got the ____" are they referring to just general people who booked a hotel in Vegas or people who are buying the exact deal I'm looking into?Also, does booking on HOTWIRE or PRICELINE lessen your chances of being able to get upgrades?

Also, does booking on Hotwire or Priceline lessen your chances of being able to get upgrades?This is up to clerk that works or the policy of the hotel. I hope this answer your questions. However, I did end up booking the property for March 26-29 and it was the Venetian. THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!!
