The 4* is likely the Westin. The 3.5* listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess a new amenity set for the Sheraton.

I saw a 4* on Hotwire in this zone for $82, and a 4* on Priceline Express for $85 (which was cheaper than Hotwire after the 5% coupon). So I started bidding on Priceline (using your link) at $65 and increased in $3 increments using free rebid zones.

I was surprised to win it at $72 as I thought I would need to go a bit higher.

Total with taxes = $174.

Looks like a good value!
