Do you think this is the Condado Plaza Hilton or Sheraton?

Accessibility

Accessible for the blind

Accessible path of travel

In-room accessibility

Do you think this is the Intercontinental or El San Juan?

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post. HOTWIRE has a new interface which is not currently showing the complete set of amenities at the usual point of the search process.

Please run a new search using our BiddingHelper.com tool at the top of this page. Thanks. I'd rather not stay at this one - trying to hold off until a different four star appears for Condado, but no changes in the past three days, even with changing the number of guests from 2 to 3 or 4.

Any idea how often they rotate?

I notice the Hotwire List for the San Juan area appears to be outdated. There are some 2.5 star options on Hotwire for Isla Verde/Carolina/SJU that are not on the list at all and the 3 star Normandie ( in Condado) appears to have been closed a few years ago. Just thought I'd let you know.

Will definitely use the links and post an update with results as well.

HOTWIRE depends entirely on inventory. The same hotel may be there from now until your stay or may change tomorrow - there is no way to know.

See the comments at the top of the Hotel Lists. The lists on Betterbidding only include the hotels that have been identified and reported to the board. The lists are updated as new hotels are reported.

Just wanted to update for March 8/14

I ended up booking the Best Western Plus Condado Inn and Suites on HOTWIRE through Standard Hotel Rate (named)and I did use the link from here to book.

For the March 16 date I ended up completing it over the phone with HOTWIRE as I initially had chosen the wrong area (Dorado instead of Condado)so not sure if the link counted for that one, but won't need to make another thread.

For the March 16th stay, was this an 'opaque' purchase where you didn't learn the name until after your purchase OR did you know the name of the hotel beforehand? If an opaque purchase, can you please add a reply to this thread with the full details of your purchase (star rating, city, zone, hotel name, room rate per nite, dates, and amenities shown before your purchase)... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

For the March 16th stay, it was an opaque purchase - it was the Embassy Suites in Dorado. I knew it was the Embassy Suites and really wanted that, except I didn't realize it was Dorado (a 30 mile drive from where I needed to be)and not the one in Condado/Carolina area. I was too excited that it was the Embassy Suites and didn't pay attention to the location. lol

It was listed for $148 as a 3.5 star with the following amenities:

I ended up calling Hotwire and they switched it to the 3.5 star Verdanza over the phone, but also an opaque choice. I got the 3.5 star Verdanza listed at $129 in Isla Verde/Carolina/SJU with the following amenities:
