I was looking to book some dates in Vancouver in April and noticed the same listing. When I looked up the hotel it does have some studio suites that are only 1 total room and some suites that have separate bedrooms. Did your confirmation detail what type of suite you would be receiving?

PRICELINE and HOTWIRE reservations are almost always for 'standard' rooms, which at this property sounds like it's the Studio Suite. Users have sometimes been able to upgrade at check-in, either complimentary for asking or for an additional fee, but whether you'll be able to do so would be subject to hotel policy of the hotel you received, hotel occupancy over your dates, what is available and clean at the time of check-in, mood of the front desk clerk, etc, etc.
