NadineJY Posted February 3, 2014 Report Posted February 3, 2014 Hey,I need some help to determine how much to bid for a hotel in Key West. I was thinking a 4* or (3,5*) hotel. I am only staying for one night in March (03/13) so I was wondering what kind of budget I have to plan with. Do you have any advice for me?Thanks

NadineJY Posted February 4, 2014 Author Report Posted February 4, 2014 Sorry, I am looking for Zones 5 and 6 - Key West Old Town, Key West New Town.As of now I don't really know which zone is better for having a beach day and nice night out though. Thanks!
thereuare Posted February 4, 2014 Report Posted February 4, 2014 I'm not sure if something is happening in Key West over these dates, but using our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com and filtering to show only 3.5* and higher rated hotels, the least expensive property i'm seeing is priced at $379/nite and it quickly goes into the $400+ range from there.Given retail rates at this level, i suspect a PRICELINE / HOTWIRE win will not be cheap, are you willing to pay into the $200's for a room this trip? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. NadineJY Posted February 10, 2014 Author Report Posted February 10, 2014 I wasn't really looking to spend that much. Do you think I'll get anything in the range of 100-150$? Doesn't need to have many stars obviously. I checked the event calendar but I couldn't figure out if there was anything special going on...

NadineJY Posted February 10, 2014 Author Report Posted February 10, 2014 I hit both links. Any suggestions?

NadineJY Posted February 11, 2014 Author Report Posted February 11, 2014 I suppose anything I can get within my budget of $150... Is that realistic?
