Decided to start over the following day at 3 stars at $40 and won after raising $2 per zone and then changing to $1 raises knowing I would likely get something around $50 given past postings. Pleased with location and price (plus free parking) given that I am traveling with kids to look at colleges.Used your PRICELINE link.
