Priceline Hotel: 3* Wichita (Downtown) Wyndham Garden Wichita Downtown

My first bid of $52.00 was rejected. I added Wichita Downtown and my bid of $55.00 was accepted for the Wyndham Garden Wichta Downtown hotel. I do have an issue with my priceline win. When you look at the Gauranteed Amenities for the 3 star hotels it list a 7+ guest review rating. When I looked up the hotel it has a current raiting of 6.5. I called and spoke with Priceline customer service and they state there is nothing they can do. Any ideas on how I can get this changed? Thansk for the help.

Which zone did you bid originally before adding the Downtown zone?

Currently if you only select the Downtown zone there is no minimum user review rating shown at the 3* level... my guess is that perhaps the first zone you bid had a 7.0 minimum user review rating but this became no longer valid when you also included Downtown in the mix?
