With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, you can't 'force' a specific hotel to be offered, and HOTWIRE usually only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates. Lastly, Caesar's is seen very rarely as a win so i would not have high hopes of this property appearing... is this the only hotel you're willing to accept?

...you can't 'force' a specific hotel to be offered, and HOTWIRE usually only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.

It would be great if you happen to get lucky and the hotel(s) you want appear to be the ones offered on HOTWIRE, but odds are stacked against you since there are so many hotels in these zones, and the one(s) that you're hoping for are not the ones that are seem the most often.

The idea behind the opaque providers is that you can often get a great deal at a deep discount *a* hotel, but you need to be flexible, and not only want a specific one or two, as the ability to choose which hotel you receive is what you give up for the discount.

If you're looking for a specific property you may want to use our sister site maps.hotel (search within 3 miles of 'Las Vegas Strip') and you'll be able to filter to just the star ratings you want and easily see how much more/less it would cost to go up/down in star rating, stay closer/further from your ideal location, or to choose one of the specific hotels you want.
