Then changed the zone to Buffalo East - Cheektowaga, East Niagara Falls then West Seneca - Lackawanna knowing that non of them had a 3 1/2*. Bids were increased sequentially to $45, then $51 then finally getting it at $56. Reviews look positive for this place. Looking forward to my stay!
