Hotwire Hotel: Help with ID for Cabo 4.5* All-Inclusive

Thanks for welcoming a newbie. My wife and I were looking at Hotwire and found a place Listed as 4.5-stars in the Cabo San Lucas Area, from March 5 - 12, for $192/night, which seemed pretty reasonable. It also looked a lot like a property recently booked on this board a week or two ago called Pueblo Bonito Pacifca. THat place looks decent. But can anyone tell me what my odds are of getting that spot, or a better or worse spot, based on the following:
