Thanks! It was at $118/night at a couple of weeks ago but then jumped up and stayed at around $135 - $140. I got it for $107/night for the same property about the same time last year so that's why I waited. Sh/w/coulda.

Looks like there might be a big fight scheduled that weekend.

More so than any other market in the US, rates in Vegas fluctuate a LOT and are also more dependent up special events (conferences, conventions, boxing, UFC, etc) than most other hotel markets.
