I'm new and I want to know if it's possible, and if worth to use priceline to get a hotel in NYC for 10 days in the MTE and Soho areas. It's a good option for 10 days? How much is the average of 3.5* hotels at these areas? there're any other areas that I should consider? I would like to pay $130-160 for day.

Thanks

Welcome to Betterbidding.

I think getting a hotel in either zone for these date/s is possible, but it may take towards the higher end of your budget.

Are you willing to stay anywhere in either zone? Midtown East is a very nice area and would be high on my list if I was going to NYC tomorrow, but a couple of the hotels are towards the far E border of the zone. Is that okay?

Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Thanks for your answer. Actually, I never went o NYC before and I read some tips that MTE is a good neighborhood to stay. If the E border has metro nearby, for me it's okay. But as you told, I think the price will be a little out of my budget. Do you have any suggestions of areas to stay? I don't want to stay in areas that are too touristic.

Thank you!
