My guess for the 4* would be the Hotel 71... for the 3.5* my guess would be The Blake Chicago.

Neither of those seemed great to me, so I broadened to "McCormick Place". I used BiddingHelper (PriceLine) to record a $40 win at the 'Chicago South Loop Hotel'.

3* $40 - IL - Chicago (McCormick Place - Medical District) - "Chicago South Loop Hotel"

1st bid (in only this zone) at $40 and won it.

+$13.61 tax/fees = $53.61 total

The amenities matched a HOTWIRE hotel @ $48.
