But if you change your search to 2 adults + 1 child is there a 4* W/ Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Pet Friendly.

Best guess for this hotel would be Sheraton.

Thanks for checking. If it is the Sheraton, it's a little far away from where I needed to be and since it's just one night, I decided to book directly and got a decent rate at the Monaco which is just a block away. I'll try again next trip using your links for HOTWIRE and PRICELINE.
