I'm looking for a 4* Hotel in London for 6/12 - 6/16/2014.

PL-Zones: Kensington/Earl's Court or Mayfair/Soho.

Really would like to spend between $100-110 a night.

Friends of me got the Marriott Kensington in june 2013 for $90 bid.

Hotwire or Express Deal show me 130-140 for this time.

It's better to start in a few month?

There is no way to know if prices will come down, or move higher, between now and your stay. If you were to win a 4* hotel in one of your preferred zones at $110 or less would you consider this to be a good enough deal to lock it in now?

The Hilton London Olympia would be my best guess for this one, but the Copthorne Tara Hotel and/or the Regency Hotels - Queen's Gate would be possible, although less likely, outcomes as well.
