Unfortunately, this property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. Maybe the Hotel Manhattan at Times Square upgraded to 4* from the previously reported 3.5*, but that would definitely be just a guess.

I used the HOTWIRE link and the same listing appears. The price is $134.
