Im looking for a 4 star in Pitt on Hotwire and am seeing one for $81 per night. The amenities are

Free Internet

Pet friendly

Fitness center

Restaurants

Business center

Internet access

Also has accessible for deaf, path of travel and In room.

And thoughts on which it could be?

The hotel in Pittsburgh is in the downtown area at 4 stars

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

NOTE that to see the complete amenities associated with each you will need to do the following:

1) search HOTWIRE and select the offer from the search results page

2) click the BOOK NOW button

3) in the TRIP SUMMARY BOX click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenities

This is the full amenity set i'm seeing for the 4* hotel in this zone when searching for your dates:
