I will travel to Manhattan at the beginning of march (7th - 17th) and those are the interesting hotels:

Midtown Central area, 4*, 4 of 5 at Tripadvisor, 130 EUR/ night, 75% recommended

Amenities:

Empire State Building area, 4*, 4 of 5 at Tripadvisor, 120 EUR/night, 85% recommended

Any guesses on these two?

For the third I already have a guess:

Madison Square Garden/ Hells Kitchen, 4*, 4 of 5 at Tripadvisor, 135 EUR/ night, 70% recommended

Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Empire State Building area, 4*, 4 of 5 at Tripadvisor, $165/night, 85% recommended

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
