Please start by following-up your previous Cleveland Hotwire hotel and Hotwire NYC thread with whatever you ended up doing for each stay.

Then, change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase stay on the US version of their site and simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.

Using the method above, what is the room rate per nite in US Dollars?

This latest hotel in the Airport zone, the previous one was on the Downtown zone, that is why the amenities have changed.

However, i'm not currently seeing any 3* hotel offered in this zone when searching for your dates, are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search?

The hotel I had originally asked about is no longer showing up.

So, about 3* in Miami - MIDTOWN

My guess for this property would be the Fortuna House Apartments, but if you are interested in this property, note that it can be booked for your dates for $165/nite HERE.

Thank you for identifying. That is the property I had anticipated, and not really interested.

So, here are my final two shots as I am travelling tomorrow. I am going on a cruise on Saturday, and prefer a downtown area hotel, but haven't had much luck.

If you could provide perspective on:

4* Downtown - $253, 75% Recommended

Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Ctr, Laundry, Internet

2.5* MIA Airport - $143, 70% Recommended

Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Pets, Airport Shuttle, Fitness Centre, Pool, Business Centre, Laundry

Best guess for the 4* Downtown property would be the Hyatt Regency or the InterContinental

For the 2.5* Airport I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

NOTE that to see the complete amenities associated with each you will need to do the following:

1) search HOTWIRE and select the offer from the search results page

2) click the BOOK NOW button

3) in the TRIP SUMMARY BOX click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenities

This is what i'm seeing for the Airport property:
