mniappa Posted December 28, 2013 Report Posted December 28, 2013 Used the HOTWIRE link to identify hotels in MXP airport area. Ended up with a 3* for $67 per night. Travelling with 3 kids so would like to book through hotwire only. Self Service laundry is essential on that day before we fly back to the states. I need help figuring out what this hotel is. Details:Desired Area: MXP airportDates: 2/26 through 2/27Guests: 2 adults, 3 kidsHotwire: 3* $65 per night

thereuare Posted December 29, 2013 Report Posted December 29, 2013 HOTWIRE guarantees occupancy for the number of guests you included in your search, after that it's at the discretion of the hotel. The hotel could have no problem with a fifth guest in the room, or they could require that you upgrade to a larger room at an additional fee, or while although rare, could deny your room if fire code (or other laws) prohibit more than quad occupancy for the room assigned. Also, note that rooms in Europe are notoriously smaller than their US counterparts (double beds are not uncommon) so the risk does increase a bit when traveling overseas, as most 'standard' rooms in both the US and abroad are not designed to accommodate five people. With the above noted, the property above has not yet been reported to the board, but a guess would be the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Milan-Malpensa Airport. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. mniappa Posted December 29, 2013 Author Report Posted December 29, 2013 Apparently Holiday Inn Express doesn't have self service laundry. So that is not this property
