Hotwire Hotel: 4* New York City (Midtown East) Hilton Manhattan East

I was expecting it to be a W New York giving the region and being a 4 stars with 85% customer approval, but ended up being the Hilton New York Manhattan East which in this site is listed as a 3.5 stars hotel. Is this fare or do you think I could complain and try to cancel this reservation? Thanks, Luis.
