Hello,

I clicked on your 5% discount link for express deals and bid on a *4 star hotel UWS - and won the Empire hotel 1.12.14 one night but didnt get the discount promised. i checked and priceline had this hotel for $136 without using your link with the express deal. I thought that the discount will show up after i bid for it but it never did. why?

It's not clear from your post... did you bid for a hotel using Name Your Own Price or did you purchase a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal? (if the latter what were the amenities associated with the property you won?) What was the room rate you paid?

after I clicked on the link of 5% express ...I purchased a PRICELINE EXPRESS hotel and no discount was applied.. the price for the general public is $136 and that's what I was charged. why didn't I get the 5% discount?

There was a code on that landing page, HOLIDAY (iirc)... did you enter that in the coupon code box during your purchase?

Do you recall the amenities associated with the hotel you purchased?

no no I didn't see any code and wasn't aware of it.

can I still get the discount?

I can't remember now which amenities but I can look it up later in my notes.

You can contact PRICELINE and ask them to honor the discount.
