calebu2 Posted December 20, 2013 Report Posted December 20, 2013 Had been tracking rates in Brookline area for 3* Hotwire hotels and noticed they were going up. Brief effort at scoring a 3* hotel on priceline for sub $60 failed yesterday.Noticed the Priceline express deal for $69 and figured it was the best western based on the free parking. Figured that might work for us given the free parking, so tried $45 then $53 (with Beacon Hill as second rebid location). We could have been more aggressive, but I didn't want to make a wrong move and end up at the wrong 2* hotel.
