Just wanted to share a recent booking that I believe represents a new property in the MA - Boston (Back Bay - Copley Square) zone. I didn't see it on the list of hotels on your list and the posting itself said "still gathering reviews" for the feedback so I'm guessing it's a recent addition. I know the hotel well since I live in the area and it's decent so I'm pretty happy with the win at $103.

Below is the list of amenities listed. The "self service laundry" was what stood out to me based on the other listings in the area.
