I made the topic in the wrong setting. I found this at priceline express and the price is now 107 with a 5 percent discount. It located in the same district as stated before with 4.5 stars- what hotel is this? Sorry for all the confusion!

The James would be my best guess for this one... with the Omni and/or InterContinental being possibilities as well, but less likely.
