Initiated a bid in the 7 Mile Beach zone at $191--turned down. Immediately bid $201 adding East End, again turned down. Have a back up for a 3 1/2 * on 7 Mile Beach for $300, so I'll continue to try periodically to see if they'll dump distressed inventory.
