Please help identify the following hotel and which one is better?

From Jan 28 to Feb 9 2014

1. 4* Midtown East USD153 70% recommended

Finess Center /Restaurant/Business center/ Internet access/ Accessible for the blind/ Accessible for the deaf/

Accessible path of travel/ In room accessibility/ Accessible bathroom/ Roll-in shower

2. 4* Empire State Building USD167 85% recommended

Free Internet/ Pet friendly/ Fitness center/ Restaurants / Business center/ Internet access

This is maybe St Giles The TusCany???

The MTE listing is likely the Roosevelt, while the ESB is likely St Giles the Court.

The Roosevelt is a mildly better location, but not by a massive degree. The St Giles (which was formerly a W Hotel until it and another NYC W were sold) is likely a nicer hotel. Rooms in NYC are small in general, but rooms at the St Giles are going to be a bit larger than the Roosevelt.
