I searched today for a hotel in Scottsdale Old Town for the dates of 2/27/14 to 3/2/14 for 1 room & 2 adults.

The price is $68 ($70 on Biddinghelper) a night and it's 3.5*.

On BiddingHelper.com, I get this:

Looks like the same property I have been looking at, best guess so far is the Sauguaro. It changed from 3 to 3.5 stars.
