Using the PRICELINE link on this page I started at $75 and bid $2 increments until I got an offer to buy at $99. Then bid by a dollar as I knew I was close.

Magnolia has recently been bumped up to 4.5* for some reason, not sure if Priceline is responsible for this or some other ratings group. This new rating is actually useful for targeting the Magnolia as it's the only 4.5* in the region giving you three bidding opportunities by adding areas.
