4 Star Hotel in Beverly Hills - West Hollywood Area for $142/night

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board and these amenities are too common for a 4* hotel in this area to any insight into this one.

Is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay (or trying to avoid) as i am seeing what i believe to be The Beverly Hilton on HOTWIRE for $148/nite or if you're budget is flexible the 4.5* rated Mondrian Hotel for $162/nite.

Also, since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Well, according to them that price expired. It is now at $167, which after taxes and fees goes up too much.

While it may not offer the Mondrian, I'd also look at PRICELINE Express for deals, and HOTWIRE inventory can change at any time.
