The first hotel when I search on US site has the same details however the price in US dollars is $209 per night it notes STANDARD PRICE $329ǂ YOU SAVE $120

the second is also the same but price in US dollars is $123 per night it notes that the STANDARD PRICE $242ǂ YOU SAVE $119 it also mentions there are 3 left

I'm not seeing either of these properties offered when searching for 3adults... are you sure you didn't search for the default 2adult occupancy?

When searching for 2adults i do see the 5* property offered and my guess would be the Amora Hotel Jamison, but i'm not seeing the 4* listed above on any occupancy combination... are you still seeing this one on your own HOTWIRE search?
