Anyone have a suggestion for a starting bid for a 3.5-4* River North hotel on 12/6 and 12/7?

Are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* or is the goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay?

I care more about location (River North) than star rating. It would be nice to get a 4* in River North, but I don't want to spend more than $150/nt. That assumes that the 3.5* options are decent, I guess. If I can get a 4* for under $150, great. If not, 3.5* will do.

You should be able to get a 4* hotel in the River North zone for under $150 for these dates.

There is a Whole Foods a couple of blocks East (snacks/drinks to take back to the hotel or for the day) and you're a short walk from the restaurants in River North.)
